yeap! I dyed my hair. First I bought was dark red purple but after few weeks, it fade into light brown @@!

I am going to continue blogging and sharing about my personal on diet and healthy lifestyle.I am aim-ing for healthier body and fit body.
I had lost 10kg++ since the 2011 , which was from 68kg+ into 54kg+ .
I am maintaining my weird on 54kg for like one year, and I realise my body wasn't fit enough because I don't really work out and I seldom hit the gym. I only go to my yoga class once a week and have my home exercise three days per week.

Losing Weight is Easier than Building muscle and Getting Fit. Thin does not means you are Fit.
I do not want to give up and return to the 68kg of me, it always appear in my bad dream, and that is why I always get to control myself not to eat too much or trying to guide myself to be more healthy.
Being healthy not just about how beautiful you are going to look, try to love yourself, love your body, feed yourself some good food. And you will even though you are not in perfect body figure but you are happy about your own body. Being healthy it can be your lifestyle , when you have a healthy body , you will get to inspire yourself to be better person and gaining confident as well.
